I questioned every single one of my life choices when I started this business. On paper, I should have breezed through it.
For 20 years I was the good girl. Ticked all of life's boxes; the uni degree, the international career, the mortgaged house. And somehow I couldn't shake the feeling that this wasn't IT.
But to give up a life that looks this good from the outside? My brain had opinions about that. So did everyone else. Call it midlife, call it a 'you only get one chance at this life' thing, but at 43 I decided it was time to act.
So I walked my delusional ass out of a 20-year career in advertising to start a business and to chase my own version of success. And that's when the fun and games started.
I was humbled real fast. I found out that strategy is only about 10% of building a business, and the other 90% is who you're being while you build it. Now, I had A LOT of strategy (you can take the girl out of marketing...). The other 90%... THAT one took me a minute.
Which is (long story short) how I ended up here. Helping clever, ambitious women, like yourself, trust that who they are without the title and the status of their corporate career is exactly the right amount of awesome. And everything you need to build from. A business that doesn't feel like work and a life you don't need a break from.
Because I never want a brilliant woman to ever doubt her greatness, her unique talents and that quiet feeling that she's meant for more.
If I've learned one thing in my 46 years on this planet, it's that you're NEVER too old to go and get it.
The biggest lesson I've learned: your identity creates your reality.
Your positioning, every offer, every post, every price you create comes out of who you believe you're allowed to be.
Which is why the strategy and the messaging courses never got to the root of it. None of it sticks if the woman writing them isn't sure she's allowed to be who she wants to be.
