UNCODED

It's time the world met the opinionated leader your clients already get in the room, so your content finally matches your presence.

This is not a personal brand exercise. This is an initiation into the most audacious version of you. The one who says what she thinks and attracts every single person your mission was built for because of it.

HAVE THE AUDACITY

AN INTIMATE SPACE FOR FIERCE OVER-40 FEMALE FOUNDERS WHO ARE READY TO TURN WHO THEY ARE INTO A PERSONAL BRAND THAT PAYS FOR THE LIFE THEY WANT.

And darling...there's never been a better time than right now. You are just getting started.

You're in your 40s and you left a big corporate career because you were convinced there had to be a better way to do life. Your 40s have made you realise that you want wealth and freedom without having to sacrifice your sanity in the pursuit.

So you said goodbye to the big fat paycheck (it was never just about the money anyway), and with that the identity of the expert, the one who made the tough calls, the one who people came to for advice.

You started over doing something that truly lights you up and while you've never felt more alive, you also feel like you're starting from zero again. Which stirs your insecurities and brings up questions like "Am I too old for this? Have I left it too late?"

Absolutely not! Your 40s are just the beginning and UNCODED is where we use that to it's full advantage. You’re stepping into prime time and you're being supported by mother nature.

All the years of conditioning, people pleasing and trying to be liked by everyone ends here. Let this decade accelerate the coming alive of the most audacious version of you.

Margot Concremiers-4.jpg

YOUR QUEEN ERA IS CALLING AND IT'S NOT TAKING 'NO' FOR AN ANSWER.

She's done waiting. She wants to be uncaged and this is where she gets to come out.

And no, not with another strategy course. Not with another "step into your power" pep talk either.

This is an initiation into your most audacious version, and as initiations go, they're NOT easy. But so god damn worth it.

Because let's be honest, you never lacked the power, the grit or the determination. You just never learned it was safe to show the world your full range.

That ends here.

UNCODED blends brand strategy, identity work, body safety, because that's the only way this game is played.

You know exactly what to do. You've done the courses, you've read the posts, you could teach the strategy at this point. Yet you are still NOT. DOING. IT.

That's because it was never just about the knowing. That's why in UNCODED we approach your brand from three angles. When you combine knowing (strategy), believing (identity) and feeling (body safety), that's when you start creating momentum. And most personal brand programs only ever touch one of these layers.

Right now, here's how those three layers are showing up -->

The Corporate Suit (strategy / expression)

The perfectionism. The expert language. The polished-before-published. The waiting until it's ready.

The Professional Beliefs (identity layer)

Work hard to deserve it. Be certain before you speak. Earn your place before you claim it. These don't feel like beliefs, they feel like facts, and that's exactly why nothing you've tried has touched them.

The Original Wound (body safety)

You are not enough as you are. You have to earn love. Being too much is dangerous. Corporate didn't create these, it confirmed them. They don't live in your mind, they live in your body, and this is the layer that changes everything when it shifts.

Margot Concremiers-86.jpg

The rebrands, the messaging work, the mindset programmes, they were all working on isolated areas.

Fix the strategy but leave the belief untouched, and you'll drift back. Shift the belief but never make it safe in your body, and you'll freeze the moment it counts.

They need to be worked on in parallel.

That's when it becomes permanent, because you're finally creating from a different woman. The one who knows, all the way down, that she's the best at what she does. She doesn't perform that. She doesn't prove it. She just creates from it, and everything she makes carries it.

THE UNCODED PHILOSOPHY

Three things. In that order. Always.

Remember

We start with the woman who already knows. Not the corporate version, not the performing version, not the version that's been running the show for the last three years. The queen. We strip back every layer of conditioning until we find her. She is the foundation everything else is built on.

Recover

Knowing who you are is one thing. Your nervous system believing it's safe to be her is another. This is why most transformations don't stick. We regulate as you step into the new identity. We build the evidence, in the body, that she is safe to be seen. That it's safe to be seen in your full glory.

Reveal

Only then do we build the strategy. Because when identity is clear and the nervous system has a new baseline, strategy stops feeling like a set of rules to follow and starts feeling like a natural expression of who you are. The content, the messaging, the positioning flows from the woman, not the other way around.

Margot Concremiers-39_edited.jpg

Content stops being something you make, and becomes the thing you actually want to say.

You're in the car and a thought hits you, so you grab your phone and voice note it right there in the driveway before you even take your seatbelt off. That's the post. You don't take it home and "work on it." You don't run it past the version of you that softens things. It goes out how it came.

You open the Notes app at the kitchen table and write the caption once. You read it back and the only thought is "yeah, that's it", and you post it before the old you can talk you out of it. No forty drafts. No screenshotting it to a friend asking "is this too much?" No sitting on it for three days until it's dead.

And then you close the app. You actually close it. You don't refresh it every four minutes to see who clapped, because you didn't post anything you need reassurance about. You said the true thing. The true thing doesn't need permission.

It's fun again. It feels like it did before someone taught you there was a right way to do this. Fast. Instinctive. A little bit mischievous. You catch yourself enjoying it.

And suddenly your DMs start filling with: "I feel so seen." "It's like you're in my head." From the exact people your work was built for.

Your calendar fills, and it fills with the ones who make you love what you do even more, the kind of client you weren't sure actually existed until she booked.

You are not building for approval. You are not building for the algorithm. You are building a legacy. For your clients, for your daughters, for every woman who comes after you and needs to see that it's possible, to be over 40, in the middle of the most powerful transition of her life, and to show up completely, originally, unapologetically herself.

This is what freedom looks like.

Not thinking about the algorithm. Not wondering if you're too much. Not checking who's watching.

Just you. Fully yourself, out loud, taking up every inch of the room like you were always allowed to.

That's the other side of UNCODED. This. The woman who stopped managing herself and started living out loud, and watched her whole business rearrange itself around the truth of who she is.

She's not a fantasy. She's not years away. She's you, on the other side of eight weeks and one decision.

Come dance.

INSIDE UNCODED

This is how the shift actually holds. Support at every step, evidence with every move.

UNCODED isn't a course you disappear into alone. It's a container built to keep you in motion, growing the confidence and stacking the real-world evidence, the posts, the DMs, the yeses, that turn "I hope I can" into "I know I am." And every step of the way, you're held. In the calls. In Telegram. By me. And by the women wo walk the path with you.

Your choice: 1:1 or Group container

Two ways in. Close proximity coaching if you want the full depth of the work. Group if you want to be part of a community of women doing the same brave thing.

Weekly Live Calls

Where the real shifts happen. We dive into the work you've been doing this week and specifically where it felt heavy, because that's the data we're working with. This is where we make sense of it together.

Self-Study Audio Modules

Short, practical audios that set the tone for each week and take us deeper into the work. No hour-long rambles, just the thing you need, made to be listened to when you've got your full attention, on a morning walk or at the gym.

Between sessions Telegram Support

The most important part of all. You can leave a call all fired up and wake up the next day having completely lost it. You don't have to wait a week to ask a question or share a wobble, you bring it to me in the moment and get supported right through it.

The Identity Playbook

Your personal workbook for the whole programme. Where you capture your insights, make your decisions, and keep it all in one place, so nothing gets lost. The document you'll come back to long after UNCODED ends.

The Audacity Alliance

Become part of the tribe of over-40 female founders, done playing by the rules. As an UNCODED woman, you get a discount to join.

Margot Amsterdam-12.jpg

About me: I am you.
3 years down the line.

I spent over 20 years running marketing at the highest level, for brands like BMW, Rolls Royce, Harry Winston and Gucci in Dubai. Brands that don't sell products but worlds. A feeling. A statement about who you are when you own them. That's where I learned what I now apply in my work: the product is never the point. Who you become owning the product is.

And then I left. Because as flashy as my life looked on the outside, this wasn't a sustainable way of living. I was convinced there had to be a better way to do life. And that belief was accelerated by perimenopause.

But starting over at 43, often left me wondering if I'd left it too late. Until I understood I couldn't have done this at 34. I didn't have the range yet. The years I thought I'd wasted were the exact thing that made the work possible.

That didn't happen overnight. The uncoding I've been through, the grieving of an old identity left behind and stepping into a new one without the evidence, is the work I now do with my clients. Because you can have all the strategy in the world, but if you never feel safe enough to move, that strategy isn't going to get you very far. I know this because I've lived it. And I know what it takes to get to the other side.

I also know the exhaustion of performing a version of yourself that looks right, but doesn't feel like you. Being caged by the 'this is how it's done' thoughts, killing every ounce of creative playfulness you have left in you.

I built UNCODED for the woman I was three years ago. Standing in her corporate shoes, knowing she was done and having absolutely no idea who she was without them.

She deserved someone who had been there. Now she has one.

YOU NEED TO BE INSIDE THIS SPACE IF

You left corporate to build something life-changing, but you're a couple years in and you feel like you're miles away from the vision you have.

You know the opinionated and magical creature your clients get in the room deserves a much bigger stage.

You feel this inexplicable urge to stop pretending, to stop performing and show the real you, the messy one with opinions.

You're done building your brand according to the internet's standards and sounding like every other coach in the industry.

You want to turn the visibility game into a fun experience that you get to enjoy and look forward to every day.

You are building a movement. Not just a business. And you are ready to build it from the truest, most expressed, most liberated version of yourself.

You are invited to leave the chat if you're looking for a content strategy shortcut or a programme you can move through without doing the real work. This is a liberation. It asks everything, and gives back more.

This next click decides whether you stay the best-kept secret in your industry, or finally OWN OUT LOUD what you've always been inside: audaciously ICONIC.
